Parr 19th Store Remodel

Frank Construction has completed the remodel of the the
Parr Lumber NW 19th Store location. Great efforts were
made to make the building environmentally friendly and
display the new green building techniques. We have been
proud to be general contractor as well as the cabinet
supplier on the project and support the "get real"
program.
Bambino's Learning Center

Frank Construction is pleased to announce the award of
the new Bambino's Child Care and Learning Center in
Hood River. This facility is 8,400 square feet and is
intended to care for and teach bilingual children. The
project is on tract to be opened by September 1, 2008.
Safe Haven Dedication / Completion
On November 27, 2007, Frank Construction participated
at the dedication ceremony and opening of Safehaven II
with Senator Gordon Smith, Mrs. Smith, Lukedorf, and
other dignitaries. The project was completed ahead of
schedule, and now serves the mentally ill in Washington
County.

Boarding House, Lincoln City

Frank Construction was awarding the contract for the
Boarding House in Lincoln City, Oregon. After intense
value engineering by FCC's project management staff,
they achieved the target goal budget for the State and
the project has continued and will serve the citizens
of Oregon.
Safe Haven Phase II

Frank Construction Company was selected as the general
contractor for Safe Haven Phase II. The project is
owned by Luke Dorf, Inc., a non-profit organization.
Safe Havens use a HUD-sponsored model to provide
housing and safety to those living on the street, and
gradually connect them with needed mental health
services. The projects are made possible by the
collaboration and generous support of Senator Gordon
Smith, Nike Corporation, HUD, State and County offices,
the City of Hillsboro, and many other community
partners.
Kidney Center Tenant Improvement

improvement for the Davita Corporation. The new Kidney
center will provide dialysis and other care for
patients.
Trimet Kiosk

Frank Construction was awarded the Trimet Kiosk cabinet
located at the Portland International Airport. The
Kiosk will be located on the bottom floor of the
baggage claim and will provide travelers an option to
map out their travel on the Trimet system to their
destinations within the Portland metro area. The
Portland International Airport serves 13 million
passengers annually, PDX handles more than a quarter
million tons of air cargo and provides service from 30
carriers, with more than 500 passenger flights daily.
Parr Lumber Corporate Remodel

contract of a remodel and tenant improvement of the
Parr Lumber Corporate Headquarters in Hillsboro,
Oregon. The project consists of adding additional
office, storage, and a full audio/visual featured
training room.
Newport Airport Hanger

the new airport "T" hanger. The project involves a
steel building that will house 11 planes on the Newport
Airport grounds.
Frank Construction Wins ACEC Award

Frank Construction Company was co-awarded the American
Council of Engineering Companies of Oregon (ACEC) for
the Tillamook Blimp Hangar box beam restoration for the
Port of Tillamook Bay. The award recognizes ingenuity,
innovation and merit in engineering achievements in
Oregon and Clark County.
Tillamook Blimp Hanger

Frank Construction Company was awarded the contract for
the historic Tillamook Blimp Hanger restoration. The
project consists of fixing the wooden box beams on the
ceiling of the 192' hanger. The Tillamook Blimp hanger
was originally built in 1942 to serve as a Naval Air
Station for anti-submarine costal patrol in Oregon and
Washington costal areas. The Naval Air station was
decommission in 1948 and currently is a air museum. The
Tillamook Blimp Hanger is the largest wooden structure
in the world.

endeavor. After careful consideration and months of
planning, Frank Construction Company was started this
morning. The target was to serve the comercial
effectively. Frank Construction Company is looking at
